- Once parcels are sent for delivery they shall become the property of Islamic Literature Collection.

- Items should be checked prior to sending as Islamic Literature Collection shall not be in a position to return any items.

- Ensure items to be couriered are owned and rightfully owned by you.

- Ensure all items are placed in a secure and sealed box.

- Parcel sizes must comply and be in accordance with couriers specifications.

- Customers to ensure correct weight is disclosed as couriers have the right to refuse acceptance of the parcel.

- We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time and you should review them each time you use this service.

- Where items have been overpaid, Islamic Literature Collection are not responsible to reimburse customers. Please make sure your payments are correct.

- Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on the 3rd party.
