Yes, please ensure that your weight and payment are correct; otherwise, the entire parcel will be sent back to you.
If the item fits in the parcel packaging, please send the item as a whole. We do recommend on non re-usable items, frames, coverings and casings are dismantled and removed.

Our main objective is to redistribute any items to Islamic Institutions and the members of the public. ILC have the right to charge the purchasers of these items. Where items cannot be redistributed due to their condition, we shall dispose these items according to Sharia.

It should be noted, the customer shall have to pay £3 per kg to ILC via standing order and settle on their own accord postage charges with the respective courier of their choice.

If you have more than 20.00kg you will have to process a second payment and send as a separate package. You shall also receive a separate receipt for the second or third package depending on the amount of items/boxes you have to parcel.
On large amounts we request that you contact us on 07817018874 and not process via the online service. Subject to weight and distance regarding collection, we shall make suitable arrangements to collect these items at a convenient time for both parties. Please note this may attract additional costs which shall be discussed and agreed.
It is permissible to utilise courier services, this has been endorsed by Islamic Scholars and is fully Sharia compliant.
All items sent to ILC must be paid for even if they are new and in a reusable condition.

Customers should ensure weight is paid for correctly. ILC or the courier shall re-weigh all parcels for correctness. If a discrepancy is identified between weight and payment, the customer will be contacted and shall have to settle outstanding fees within a 24 hour period.

A £9.00 minimum charge shall be applied for smaller parcels with the remaining difference refunded to the customer. Larger parcels shall be subject to higher return courier fees. Therefore, please ensure correct payment is made as per the weight being sent.

ILC offer a free postage service. You only pay the price per kilogram of weight you are sending.
The parcel courier service at the drop off point shall request you to pay for the difference at the drop off service point or request you to remove the excess weight out of the package. We therefore request customers to ensure correct payment is processed on the online system in accordance with the parcel weight.
Please ensure your weight and payment is correct as we are not responsible for repayments.

DHL ServicePoints are generally open from 8am until late 7 days a week. You can check this by searching and finding your preferred DHL ServicePoint on our parcel shop finder page and this will show you the open and close times as well as accessibility.

Once we have collected your parcel from the DHL ServicePoint it will typically take 2 working days for the retailer to receive your parcel.
The parcel should be no heavier than 20.00kg and no bigger than 120cm x 90cm x 60cm. The DHL ServicePoint are unable to accept parcels which exceed this weight and dimensions.
